The process was a bit of a drag for because it is in 2 parts. The first part is a screening via Skype. The Skype interview is simple and only lasted for about 15-20 minutes. The second part of the process is where it gets a little daunting. The second part consists of an individual meeting with a camp director and a group activity portion that is supposed to mimic a day at camp. You're supposed to create a 3 minute lesson or activity to showcase your skills for the group portion, which, is actually a bit more difficult than you think it would be.
There was a group interview on Zoom. We took turns answering basic interview questions, the everyone shared a quick camp activity they would do with kids. It was very straight forward and they tell you about their expectations for the camp activity before the interview so you have plenty of time to prepare :)

It was a fun and engaging interview process that measured a candidate's ability to adopt and live out the company's values. Galileo is a very value driven company, and becoming fluent in the language and philosophy of their company vision is one way to help prepare yourself for the position.

I received a phone call asking if I was available the following day for a group interview. The interview does last around 2 hours, but it can be fun. There are ice breakers, situational questions, and a 1:1 interview portion.
