After applying and completing the online personality test, I received a phone call from Gallup Consulting after one week and arranged a phone interview. The phone interview lasted for 75 minutes and it was a rapid fire style one. The interviewer was continuously asking questions one after the other without giving any feedback to your responses but just having the option if you would like her to repeat the question. Most of the questions were competency questions and you were required to support every answer with examples of your previous working experiences. Most of the questions were related to sales and how you sell a product or service to your client. Some of the questions were pretty similar to the online personality test so try to have in mind what you have answered in brief. Try yo have as many examples as you can with the star or bar techniques. In the end, the interviewer asked me if I had anything to say that would help Gallup to have a more clear view from me.
