Very laid back. More like a conversation and get to know, than a drilling interview. Depends on what department you are in, but most directors and managers will take a chance on you if you express interest but have little experience.

They ask you basic math questions involving percentages (what is 10% of [price]) and alphabetizing.
Why GameStop and what are your favorite video games?
They told me right there whether or not I was hired.
