Phone screen with internal recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager, then on-site series of interviews with hiring manager, peers and internal clients. Collectively, seemed to not be on same page of what the role primarily was (executional vs consultative) and what skills were needed to be successful.

Can you support multiple business lines and juggle many competing priorities?
Odd interview process. I had an online interview that went well and within industry standards. I had an on-site interview which was bungled where recruiter had miss scheduled the interview and also didn't have any working way to communicate. She had missed sending me an email and changed to a new number that was listed differently on previous emails. I had a 3rd interview to present a plan, and then I never heard back from them. It shows a lack of values as an organization and I wouldn't recommend applying.

Basic interview questions such as my experience in the field.
Long- Too many steps. They had me interview with 5 different managers. They were all kind, but they all asked the same thing. I think they could have been more coordinated in what they asked so I didn't have to repeat myself multiple times.
phone only the people seemed nice but they interview over the phone instead of in person which I did not like. They said they would get back to me after interviewing other people
