Process was long where each step took as week+ to schedule. Consisted of a phone screen, hiring manager interview, project and two executives as the final rounder. After completing the process after a long 6 weeks or so, I got positive feedback but was told the role was put on hold..... Heartbreaking if you consider how much time and effort I put into the process. I just don't get how you can put someone through so much work and then just decide the role is no longer needed/put on hold. I get stuff happens, but this was just a frustrating experience, and I am feeling upset over this situation.
