I applied online and was interviewed two weeks later by the general manager. The interview itself was just a few situational questions and a brief description of the position. Probably lasted 10 to 15 minutes at the most.

Overall a pleasant experience. Questions were not difficult to answer. Mostly how one would handle different situations and your past experience. The interview did not take a long time and wait time for a response was reasonable.

Very laid back, what do I do for fun, have you worked with customers before, what was my availability like? Have you worked with windows computers before. The manager was nice, has been there for a while.

Interview was fairly easy. Most of it was behavioral questions. Usually a 2-interview process. They may ask you limited technology questions but nothing more than consumer-level knowledge as a consultant.
