The interview process at Gemba started off smoothly with a screening call, followed by a task round where I was asked to submit a detailed presentation. I was given a date for the next interview to present it, so I spent personal time working on it alongside my full-time job. Later, without any update or indication to stop, they told me the role had already been filled. It was a waste of time and felt unprofessional, especially as this could have been communicated earlier.

Great communication, compassionate and pleasant conversations throughout the process. Seemed like it would be a great place to work. My only criticism is that the roles job description didn’t completely align with the stakeholders expectations in the interview process.
