The process took 2+ months. interview with around 10 scientists, short seminar and speak with additional several scientists. several behavioural questions. Everyone I spoke with was very engaged and respectful.

I got an email by HM after applying for the role and asked me to set a time. 30 min. interview, Person that was interviewing was nice and questions were expected.
asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort
