The interview has two rounds - Talking with the Hiring manager - R assessment and deeper dive into the resume After receiving an offer, they give about a week to make a decision. They will also ask to select the starting date but I think the choices depend heavily on the role itself.

I talked to the hiring manager for this role, and we discussed my PhD thesis and research, which was a good conversation and I was really interested. But then, it was total silence, and I did not even receive any automatic rejection. Very frustrating.
