It took a few weeks after I applied online to receive a phone call to setup a phone interview. Phone interview went well so I scheduled a face-to-face interview for the following week. The interview process took 2 hours, several one-on-one interviews and 2 panel interviews. They asked a lot about my resume, why they should hire me, some behavioral questions, and some manufacturing questions. I thought the interview went well but I didn't get the job.
