Submitted resume online and received a call from HR 20 or so days later. HR rep just wanted to set up a time for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager asked about details of certain things on the resume. The entire phone interview took around 20 minutes and I was told I would be known a decision within two weeks.
