Pathetic bunch of loosers. After HR round they will give offer of 5% hike stating you are not good enough and need to learn while working here. If that was the case they should reject people in intreview itself. HR will boast about their growth which is less than 200 employees in more than a decade speaks volume of their work. They are self-obsessed creature company. Still if you say yes I wish to join, they will ask you 10 times, "is there any other development at your end?" which basically means did you find better offer rather than declining you straight a way. They themselves know that they are not worth joining, so how a guy from reputed MNC wants to join this bad organization. I am happy that another better MNC and did not join this place. Companies like these where workforce is small and management is bad, make prime example of why MNC's are better always. Please stay away from Finoit if you guys can and find some other place to work.
