I received a phone call about their interest in me as a potential candidate. They let me know what facilities were had available positions within my area. They help set up site visits to meet with the clinic manager. If both parties agree they will most likely give you an offer. HR contact was mainly over the phone.

On-site interview and lasted 20 minutes. Focused on me during the interview and didn't bring up productivity. I had to ask about those details at the end of the interview. Able to check out facility with DOR.

I had a zoom interview back in 2020. I enjoyed the conversation, no weird questions just centered around my experience in the field. My manager got to know me with a few personal questions and let me ask a lot of questions.

Basic interview not tricky but based on what facility you're interviewing for. Rehab Managers pretty desperate for help. There were some requirements to get fully hired such as Fingerprinting, drug test, the two step PPD. etc
