Entrevista
A recruiter called and briefly inquired about my background and experience. Next she scheduled an interview date and time. On arrival I was given a written test. The recruiter reviewed my written test and then began the interview. She discussed the opportunities available within the organization, where the currently have open positions and the shifts that could be available.
The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.

There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
