One of the worst interview process ever gone through First round was HR(initial screening) Second round technical with onsite managers Third round technical with in-house lead Fourth round 1 to 1 onsite manager(US). After taking one month they are coming back saying not through. Process in Chennai is worst than any company. Advice to HR put everything in place then call a candidate for an interview. I would rate Genesys below 2 out of 5 in hiring process. Please improve your hiring process.
