I applied for the position through LinkedIn in Februrayr of 2020 and got a call back the same week by a recruiter. After the initial screening, they had me take a call with one of the CS Directors. From there, they asked me to prepare a deck and perform a mock on-boarding call with a customer in front of a panel of about 5 or 6 peers and managers. I edited the deck a bit and added some personalized touches to the delivery which were very well received. They asked me two funny questions to wrap up the interview a) if you could sing any song at Karoke with your teammates, what would you sing? and b) if you were a crayon, what color would you be and why? Outside of that, the interview process went very well..... Until Covid 19.
The hiring director told me that it was a delight to meet with me and have me interview and that they wanted to extend an offer, but it was around mid-March when Covid 19 had hit, and the company decided to put a hiring freeze in place until things could become more stable.
It was tough to hear that they wanted to extend an offer to me but I would have to wait for an unknown length of time during this unprecedented situation, but the Director who wanted me on her team was AMAZING. We would touch base every 2-4 weeks and she provided me valuable updates and continued to keep me in the pot bubbling because she wanted me on the team. We connected every few weeks over the course of 5 months, and in August of 2020 she reached out first thing in the morning to let me know that the hiring freeze was lifted and they wanted to take next steps. I had a call with her to get caught up on everything that happened over the last 5 months, and I had to take one more call with VP level leadership. The call with leadership was scheduled that same week, and went extremely well. They extended an offer to me a few days later.
The offer ended up being worth the wait and I was THRILLED to be a part of such a stellar organization that went above and beyond to make me a part of their team. I am looking forward to making a major impact as a new CSM on this team moving forward!

Me contactó la empresa en 2 ocasiones. La primera para un puesto de Presales engineer, pero me descartaron tras hablar con la manager diciendo que buscaban alguien con más experiencia.
Al poco la HR me volvió a contactar para una entrevista para el puesto de customer success manager. Esta vez, llegué a la fase del business case.
Estuve preparando la presentación una semana y al llegar a la entrevista, se presentaron 6 personas las cuales se dedicaron a criticar de forma muy poco constructiva mi trabajo, diciendo que estaba del todo equivocado. Además, entre ellos también se criticaban y burlaban como si yo no estuviera allí. De colmo, la Presales manager me criticó profundamente por haber ya participado a un proceso de selección anteriormente, tuve que pararle los pies indicando que in ambas ocasiones me había contactado su HR.
Entiendo que en un business case hay que desafiar los candidatos pero manteniendo siempre respecto y reflejando la cultura de empresa. En este caso la cultura de empresa me pareció la típica de una gran empresa con renombres que busca culpables y no soluciones. Estoy contenta de no haber oído más hablar de ellos.

They were 30-minute interviews and were conversational, which was great as it allowed me to ask questions that gave me further insights into the role and company. They asked questions about my understanding of AI and the CX industry. AI has been a hot topic in any interview I attended.
The recruiter was prompt, responsive, and transparent about the whole process and what to expect. The interviewers were always on time, which helped to alleviate any kind of anxiety about being ghosted.
