Applied online. About 2 weeks later a recruiter emailed to schedule an initial screening, which went well. After the initial screening it was radio silence for about a month. Recruiter reached back to schedule a 30 min screen with the hiring manager. This was rushed and the manager seemed disinterested the entire time. I was not expecting anything more, but was surprised to hear back from the recruiter about the panel interview. I emailed availability during the date range, and did not hear back on scheduling until 4pm the day before the panel. Panel day was 4 interviews, took up most of the day, all behavioral based STAR model questions focusing on their MBA principles. Felt like it went well, then ghosted by HR and the hiring manager. Assuming they went with another candidate at this point.

An employee at my present employer told me that someone at GP called to say I was there interviewing-odd, since I knew nobody at GP. I reported this incident to Koch's corporate ethics hotline. Nobody followed up with me nor did I ever receive an apology.
