Entrevista
It was an HR interview, and the interviewer showed positive energy throughout, which left a good initial impression. After that, I proceeded to an assessment, but unfortunately, it didn’t go well. I faced technical issues that prevented my tests from compiling properly. I reached out to HR multiple times for support but never received a response. Eventually, I was rejected. Overall, I expected a more supportive and responsive process from their side.
first round hr prescreening about 20mins, afer 1 week and second round HM interview 45 mins, resume and project, normal questions, nice interviewers, the hole process was smooth, no difficult quetions.

The HR representative assigned to my case was not very effective at communicating and sharing updates through the process. I had to constantly keep sending multiple emails to get a response from her.
Had multiple rounds of interviews starting with a coding round, followed by interviews with the hiring manager.

Entrevista
There are mainly three rounds in the interview process. First is with the Human Resource person. Second is with the technical lead or developer
(i.e. technical round) and last one will be with Hiring manager.
