The process consisted of two interviews and writing samples in both English and French. Interview questions were mostly about my motivation, experience and how does the internship align with my career plans.

I applied online and received an interview. The first interview was a brief and not very coherent phone call. The second interview was pushed back twice with rather little notice and held over video chat. In the video chat it seemed as if GMF was unprepared to conduct an interview and the interviewers seemed uninterested in speaking with me. I received a third interview after weeks of hearing nothing--the communication was very poor.
