I finished gethired onsite and found it was as the employee said it is a mini room. Only Chinese engineer here! Everyone was crowded in the room like canned sardines. The interview is very easy and it does not like a normal tech interview. I connect with other interviewers, but to find this company only gave us an ORAL probation period RATHER THAN full-time offer, even without a physical or digital offer. I am feeling so weird. I am in OPT I do not know whether it is legal to work here as this status. I have to say it is a poor environment and a negative experience.

Applied online & received a call on the same day. The person who interviewed me from Chandigarh office lacks professionalism - doesn't care to attend calls & lacks courtesy to reply e-mails. They even provided false information on job description & about compensation package, which is really unethical & unacceptable. They took my 3 rounds - First a Telephone Interview round & then 3 Hours design test. After that a call from US (by one of the founder). They wanted me to join in less package, less then even what is provided on Job Description & when inquired they try to explain that since the office is in Chandigarh the lifestyle cost is less & hence we are offering less package. Which is totally absurd, the difference in lifestyle cost of Chandigarh & Bangalore is very marginal & almost same. Since i declined to join in the package offered, the person from Chandigarh said they wanted to do 1 month test trial with me on 1 project & then will take final decision (seriously !! ) & then never cared to reply back or attended my call. Though the co-founder (US based) i spoke to was really nice person & looked technical sound, was enthusiastic & a person with vision. I totally enjoyed talking to him & thats the reason i thought to proceed with further rounds, inspite of such unprofessionalism from India based team member. Totally unprofessional & unethical organization, please beware.
