Rude, very rude. I had an Skype interview with a recruiter based in San Francisco. She declined to turn on her video as she said she was busy 'typing' (this is while she was conducting the interview). Straight away this was extremely off putting not to mention very rude! She proceeded to make assumptions about my experience and career throughout the whole interview. Such a shame as I was very much looking forward to this interview and hearing much more about Glassdoor and the plans for the new Dublin office.

Entrevista
There was 4 rounds in total. I did not make it to the final round which was a sales pitch. The panel I interviewed with thought I would be a better fit in another department. Recruiters never followed up. I was the one that was reaching out to them. And when they would email me, they would tell me they would get back to me. They never did. They were so good with following up in the beginning of the process. If you were not interested then please say something. Stringing me along and getting my hopes up was not only mentally exhausting but unprofessional. Please do a better job for future candidates.
