Very professional process. Recruiter sent an email with panelists' names and details. Interview started on time, was very professional throughout. Competency based questions, covering every single detail listed on the persons specification. Questions were challenging, with lots of probing. Interview 45 minutes, followed by 30 minutes written test (2 scenario-based questions where you had to deal with difficult work situations. The first being trying to schedule a call with potential partners and convincing them to co-fund a research. Second is trying to chase a member for outstanding membership fees with large amount of money)
