-Interview with 2 managers with questions ranging from DC knowledge, troubleshooting and behavioral questions. Overall, pretty relaxed since I was familiar with datacenters already

Painfully long - 2 hours is ridiculous for an interview especially when the potential person is currently working and has notified you they have a time they need to be back by, which they ignored. You do a panel interview with senior management (3 of them). They were 20 minutes late in starting the interview. Be prepared for a ton of open-ended questions, you'll have to listen to the 7 core values and dress in business attire. Others who interviewed had to hear a long history of the company. Most of the time, they will want you to fill the 2nd and 3rd shift hours for this position.

Entrevista
After the application, was invited to a panel interview with SR management. They ask about your experience and character, and tell you about the company and culture. As always, be prepared for open ended questions, and get the spark notes on the company before going. Dress nicely, tie optional, the techs all seem to wear jeans and short sleeves but they're not the ones you're trying to impress that day.
