started off doing a group exercise where you had to work with other people interviewing to build cars to make a profit. Then had a one on one interview with three different people.

Several step process beginning with invitation to log onto computer based pre-screening tests (personality profile and SAM Test) remotely from home followed by a group interview including a team activity, HR interview and technology interview.
