As far as I remember, the first interview is conducted by the HR department to assess your basic qualifications, experience, and fit for the company culture. If you pass the initial screening, you will be invited for a second interview with the management committee, where they will evaluate your technical and analytical skills.

Two interviews: 1st interview is by the HR and 2nd interview is by the Cadetship Program director. HR interview is more on getting to know your motivation and personal questions. 2nd interview is partly technical and personal.
