The hiring process is divided into two phases: a technical interview and a final interview. In the first phase, they start by getting to know you, then move on to what you know about Glovo - including which core values you appreciate the most and which one you would remove, if you had to. They may also ask a few technical questions, explore your ambitions, where you see yourself in a few years, and what you expect Glovo to bring to your career.

First I got interviewed by a member of the team I was going to join. Then, on a second interview I got interviewed by a manager and it was a lot harder. They are very straightforward during the process and very humane. They show faces and the message exchange is very personal.
