First the resume was shortlisted on IITB campus, then we had an aptitude round , then there was a case study in which 5 slide ppt needed to be made. Then there was final interview. The interviewers were rude mostly. They asked me what is "techno-commercial" in a non typical accent, I asked can you please repeat and he just stared at me, tried to intimidate me. Other lady then clarified, mostly focus on core thing like amount of cement for 1 cubic meter concrete, w/c ration etc. No other personality questions were asked.
PS: My civil technical is weak and I was not selected.

4 rounds of interwiew took place for Procurement and Contracts role. 1st round is with Head of Contracts, dollowed by Project Director, Operations Head, HR Head.
All the rounds are face to face but now they are taking online interviews due to covid.

I can not comment on the process as it was very ambiguous according to me, the questions were not very technical however some might differ with my experience. Whatever you write on the resume be very sure of the same as those are the places where you are most likely to be grilled.
