It was Summersault Challenge, for civil engineers,unstop registrations, followed by Aptitude test and Case study and finally Interview, those peps only shortlisted 80% women and 20% men. and for interviews all women :) took 6 of them. Similar for summer inters, they took men from iits. If they shortlist you and u are not from iit nit or a gud clg then they just want to maintain the gender ratio. Fair enough.

No technical questions were asked in the technical interview. Interview was taken for name sake. Just asked about family background, latest project etc. Selection was based on the luck of the candidate.
