It was Summersault Challenge, for civil engineers,unstop registrations, followed by Aptitude test and Case study and finally Interview, those peps only shortlisted 80% women and 20% men. and for interviews all women :) took 6 of them. Similar for summer inters, they took men from iits. If they shortlist you and u are not from iit nit or a gud clg then they just want to maintain the gender ratio. Fair enough.

First the resume was shortlisted on IITB campus, then we had an aptitude round , then there was a case study in which 5 slide ppt needed to be made. Then there was final interview. The interviewers were rude mostly. They asked me what is "techno-commercial" in a non typical accent, I asked can you please repeat and he just stared at me, tried to intimidate me. Other lady then clarified, mostly focus on core thing like amount of cement for 1 cubic meter concrete, w/c ration etc. No other personality questions were asked. PS: My civil technical is weak and I was not selected.
