Applied online. Recruiter reached out and talked about team structure, provided hiring manager name, salary expectation etc. Hiring manager got on a call to discuss specific project - onboarding process for Customer success group and then was invited for onsite interview. Finally, I met with a team member to discuss the projects in the pipeline.
After spending 20 hours or so (solving case study and going through various rounds of interview) , I got a rejection email and that's it. No phone call.

Entrevista
Met over the phone with HR recruiter. She was very enthusiastic about my qualifications and skills. She set up an interview with the hiring manager 4 days later. I got an e-mail from the recruiter the day before the interview with the hiring manager saying the role had been filled.
I will never apply to Gong based on this process. I guess it can be chalked up to them being a start up.
