Interview process was pretty standard. Had a first round interview with the region director, then a second interview with him, the CCO, and the owner. The owner kept the camera off and did not participate. The interview itself went well, but then they completely dropped contact and ghosted, even after follow-up attempts on my end. Way to be professional, guys.

Very unorganized and cumbersome. I met with another State Manager at first who was positive, gave me a great outlook of what the company was looking for but when I advanced, the owner wasn't engaged, looking at email and asking the same questions the other manager asked. Not paying attention at all.
