Everything was going quick in the initial phase. Once u are done with your final round. No update or feedback came. Company that cares about workers well being cant even take care about candidates well being. Shows a lot about companys culture. Its not ok to ghost candidates after they spend 3-4 weeks on you. You guys check communication style of candidate and have 0 communication ethics.

The overall process was seamless and quite easy. The interview panel was calm and mostly asked behavioural questions. But there was no feedback after the final round, basically no communication.
