The hiring process started with a CV screening, followed by an online assessment test, then a technical interview, and ended with an HR round, the whole process took about a month and a half

Entrevista
Post initial screening, received mail for a coding test which had two react coding problems, and JS, CSS, HTML, and Reactjs MCQs.
Second round, technical interview included React, JS, and CSS questions.
Third round with the eng manager of the dev team, comprised of questions to gauge company/team fit.
Fourth and final round with the dept director, regarding my projects, qualifications, skills, etc.
Everything was going quick in the initial phase. Once u are done with your final round. No update or feedback came. Company that cares about workers well being cant even take care about candidates well being. Shows a lot about companys culture. Its not ok to ghost candidates after they spend 3-4 weeks on you. You guys check communication style of candidate and have 0 communication ethics.
