I had a fantastic HR recruiter who was very clear about the process. It was a three-step process, fairly typical - HR phone screen, hiring manager call, and Zoom panel interview with the team. While I didn't end up getting an offer, the team seemed great and were all very kind and easy to chat with. The hiring manager in particular was extremely generous with their time - staying almost 30 minutes over in our final meeting to answer questions and just chat with me.
