The interview process was unnecessarily long, exhausting, and poorly organized. Communication was slow and unclear, with repetitive stages and constant delays, making the entire experience frustrating and emotionally draining for candidates.

HR round and hiring manager round. With HR through Skype and hiring manager at warehouse. They asked some normal questions regarding team building, motivation etc. HR was knowledgeable but hiring manager was not that good.
