I applied for the Solutions Engineer position for the DACH region (Berlin office) in January 2026. In the first screening call with HR, the HR person could not tell me the size of the Berlin team or the salary range for this position. This is simply unprofessional, as those are pretty key points in a job interview. They then proceeded to ghost me. I reached out after about three weeks, but heard nothing back.
