Filled out an online application for the position within a week I received an email requesting a phone interview to be scheduled for the next day. The interview was easy with most of the questions asking you to describe your positions listed on the resume. The recruiter also asked what was the pay for each position. In the end, I didn't move on to the next stage of the interview process, which was weird because I do the exact same thing at my current job. The school would have been new to the area and it would have made sense for them to move forward with the person from the major competitor in the area who did the duties they were asking for. I received a standard rejection letter with no explanation.
Initial phone screening that takes about 30 minutes, then you move into 2nd and 3rd round of interviews with the people you'll be working directly with. They sounded really heavily focused on metrics and numbers, which is a bit of a red flag.

Quick 30 minute screening interview with an admin, second round was a longer interview with management. Both were digital and on Zoom. Both were scheduled one or two days prior to the interviews. I do not know the process after, as I withdrew my candidacy mid-interview.

They seemed to care less about my religion. They seem to pride themselves on being a 'Christian University, but it's irrelevant when it comes to thier staff.
Interviewed by a younger lady with minimal questions and very little recruitment history according to her Linked in. Blah whatever GCU.
