Hands-down the most accessible interview process I've experienced in academia. The search committee communicated very clearly what the process for each stage would be in advance, and questions were provided ahead of time so that candidates could prepare.

This position will interact with students, faculty, and staff across the university, as well as library colleagues. What is your approach to communicating complex topics to a wide range of audiences? [Prompt: can you share examples of how you’ve used this approach in previous work?]
This was a virtual interview, but without cameras so it was essentially a "phone interview" with a panel of 4 people. I was asked a series of questions about my experiences and what I could bring to the table, and I followed with questions of my own.
