The recruiter was difficult to get ahold of, even for my in-house referrer. Upon finally setting up a call, however, he was polite and informative. I did not recieve an offer but I'm unsure as to whether the company was really certain what it was that they were looking for in a candidate.

The process went smoothly. The questions were predictable as they were all based on your resume. They shared a lot about the culture and the work practices in GT. They focused more on your managerial style and your prior experiences.
