Extremely easy on the job-seeker. There were no true "interview" questions that were asked at the interview. I met with the hiring manager, one other team member, and we essentially had an hour long conversation in one of their conference rooms. After talking for that time I got to see the office, the place where I would potentially be working, and also allowed me to meet members of the team. Very good experience and a great interview for anyone seeking an early internship in their career. The manager and the people were fantastic, however I did not accept the offer as a better opportunity came along.
