Technical interview consisted of 3 haircuts that are timed 15 minutes each. Haircuts ranged from a long layer cut to a short clipper cut. This can be done on a live model or a mannequin.

It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,
