The interview process was pretty easy. There was two interviews: one with HR and the other with the Director of F&B. The interview with HR was easy because they used standards questions of most places hiring. The interview with the Director was easy as well because the director already knew of my hard work and dedication.

The process is about 4 steps. Starting with HR, F&B Director, GM and then VP and HR director. Mainly want to know your history, background and management style. They were very transparent and easy to talk to.
