Casual, none of the standard interview questions. They gave a tour of the property and asked what creative ways would I market the community. After being there for about ten minutes I realized I would not want this job because of the particular property I was interviewing at and the struggles they were facing.
The process was very straightforward when submitting application. But there was lack of communication from recruiter. And recruiter was focused on how I was overqualified for role instead of looking for what value I can bring.

Great questions and information about the company. I can tell they like to learn about you before hiring to ensure a right fit. I've had multiple interviews with Greystar and both were well versed and detailed.
