Average/typical interview. Average questions asked like what experiences do you have? What qualities do you bring to the table? Your strengths and weaknesses? What cGMP experiences do you have? Any instrumentation experiences? The job itself is not hard to do physically. You just have to be willing to a quick learner and be a quick employee. The job can be very fast paced and overwhelming at times. However, if you use your science degree concepts and apply it to work with common sense then the job will be easier to complete.

long and tideous. So many questions were asked and it was a panel interview. Some of the questions were hard and really made you think. i think i did well on them becuase thats how i got the job.
