Screening followed by an Excel assignment. The assignment required proficiency in Excel - it even included a task for building a simple regression model. I believe you need to use Excel on a daily basis to complete the tasks in the given time limit.

The process usually starts with the HR & moves on to Managers & Senior Managers from within the Team who try to identify your cultural and professional fit and ultimately to the CEO himself. I personally found the process very transparent & the interviewers are eloquent about work , vision & your role within the team, so don't hesitate to ask questions.
