The interview was fairly straightforward. The interviewer went through my resume and asked me to explain various projects and skills. Since the position dealt with flight controls, we spent some time topically discussing control systems. Questions like “what is a PID controller” and “how did you implement Project X with it”?

Got called to schedule an interview 2 weeks after applying. The interview questions are behavioral and related to the job description. Was told they will get back in touch in about a week or two after the interview. Ended up getting a rejection notice over a month later.
