It was a panel interview where the interviewers read off a list of questions and took notes. It was clear from the beginning that I was a formality and that it wasn’t going to work. Most of the people were nice though. The questions were generic and not specific to the job description. The whole interview was less than 10 minutes for them to get through the sheet of questions but was a really bad experience that they would take so many peoples time to do it. It felt humiliating in a way. I’ve worked in multiple types of companies and firms and never had an interview like this one.
