It was my first interview and my first job so I had no idea what to expect. My interviewer was very encouraging and made me feel comfortable! He hired me on the spot. But keep in mind, I worked in a small town so there was not as much competition for the position.

Since you are currently in school, how will you balance your work schedule and school schedule?
very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max

It was thorough and simple. They really cared about the company and wanted the best people for that job. Very delighted to work for this company. I no longer work here but the brotherhood you get from this company is not like any other

Digital interview done with the application then an in person interview lots of behavioral and some situational questions did a walkthrough of the store after the interview very friendly and conversational
