I applied online for H&M weeks ago. And, I received a phone call from the recruiter and was asked if I have a moment to talk and was asked to answer some questions and not to be scared.

Entrevista
Group interview with both groupwork and individual questions. The group is about 10 people and we were divided randomly into groups to discuss some scenario and how we would react.

Entrevista
It was a chill interview session. The whole interview only lasted for about 15 minutes. The interviewer just asked about my background and also asked some situational questions to see how i would approach certain customer related situations
Interview with store manager and got a short tour of the store. Asked questions regarding things from resume and asked personal questions to get to know more about you as a person to see how you will fit in the team.
