You are required to the H&R Block tax classes. This is about a two and a half month course that costs between 200-300 hundred dollars. If you pass the class, you are usually offered a position. I did not have a formal interview. The course instructor will have knowledge of your work and social skills, which gets passed to management.

I applied on hrblock.com after taking the ITC. The recruiter reached out to me via email and scheduled an in-person interview at an H&R Block office near me. The interview consisted of a few short questions, and I was hired on the spot right there.

It will be easy if you pass all knowledge assessment. You will not have bonus for the first year tax pro, but you will have if you come back the second years. The percentage of bonus depends on your level.
